The JTV family enjoys sharing our jewelry love! So, when the opportunity arose to provide jewelry for a local wedding photo shoot, we were immediately on board. And let me tell you – the resulting photos will give you major wedding style inspo!
The shoot took place at a beautiful historic home, the Bleak House, which sits on a hilltop along the winding Tennessee River. The reigning Miss Illinois, Rayni Lasley, modeled a sweetheart cut gown, with a pearl beaded bodice and a full blush chiffon skirt. The details were intricate and floral, so we paired the dress with a few key pieces of jewelry that were bold but feminine.
The first piece of jewelry we chose, of course, was the engagement ring. Our Moissanite Fire line has some amazing bridal options, and we loved this 3.87 ctw platineve ring because of the large, brilliant center stone and subtle pave details. We paired it with a simple Moissanite Fire band, which had alternating baguette and round cut stones.
With the dress’ open neckline and Rayni’s up-do, we really wanted to showcase statement earrings. The obvious choice for eye-catching earrings was Bella Luce. They look incredible in pictures, and JTV has hundreds of style options. We went with a pear-shaped dangle earring, which enhanced the feminine and whimsical style of the shoot. Check them out below – they popped in nearly every photograph!
To add a delicate touch, we paired two Moissanite Fire adjustable bracelets, one wheat chain and one bolo bracelet, to offset her engagement ring and wedding band. The sparkle was particularly beautiful next to her stunning bouquet. These bracelets are also adjustable, which makes them the perfect fit for any bride!
Because the bodice of the dress had pearl beading, we brought a double strand pearl necklace and two pearl bracelets (here and here) to see if we wanted to go with a more classic look. They looked gorgeous with the dress, but we ultimately decided that we should let Moissanite Fire and Bella Luce’s sparkle take the main stage. The shoot’s amazing photographer, Derek Halkett, did capture some stunning solo shots of the pearls for our readers!
